A seat at the table for everyone. That's the whole idea.

Stella is where Henley Beach eats. Morning regulars and their newspapers, families three generations deep, mates over a cocktail, kids with pasta bigger than their plates. We cook the way Italy eats by the sea: simply, generously, with what's good right now. And we keep the door open all day.
